Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking skilled HR Generalists for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities in the Pasadena, CA area. Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance.
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state (California), and local labor laws.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of prior HR Generalist or related HR experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and California employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred).

Schedule varies by assignment, typically full-time.
